Can’t Take My Eyes Off You

I was today watching Conspiracy Theory when I heard a song that I’ve not listened to in a long time. And that’s a shame, because I totally love that song. It’s none other than Can’t Take My Eyes Off You, written by Bob Crewe and Bob Gaudio, and shot to fame by Frankie Valli in 1967. Versioned by people from Pet Shop Boys to Gloria Gaynor. Personally, my favourite is Lauryn Hill’s version. Here you have the lyrics, pay attention to them, I think they’re absolutely beautiful. (more…)

Tu camino

Esta mañana he leído el mensaje que una amiga ha puesto en su blog. Aunque gran parte de lo que dice se refiere a asuntos personales, toca un tema que, a mi parecer, resulta de gran importancia: el camino correcto. Este es una de los grandes talones de aquiles de mi vida (sí, tengo muchos pies), y también una fuente continua de problemas para, creo yo, mucha gente. (more…)
